Keep your pie in the freezer until your oven is hot and ready to go!

Once baked, it’s best to store pastry top and crumb top pies on your counter.

**Chicken Pot pies, Pumpkin pies and fresh seasonal pies (like banana cream) should be refrigerated.

Your pie can last up to 6 months in a good deep freeze freezer but we recommend baking it within 3 months.

There are a lot of reasons! But the main one is so you can say “YES” when your guest bites into your pie and exclaims, "This is amazing! Did you bake it yourself?" #OurWorkYourGlory.

Selling them frozen, unbaked also gives you the luxury of freshly baked pie in the comfort of your home, whenever you want! (The smell of cooking pie drifting through your house is [almost] worth the price alone!)

Place the pie in an oven at 200° for 20 - 30 minutes or heat a slice in a microwave for 30 seconds

Fresh flash frozen fruit (nicknamed IQF fruit).  No precooked pie fillings or preservatives -- just raw real fruit and our sugar mixes designed for each variety of fruit.  There is more than a pound of fruit in each pie!  This is one of the things we are most proud of.  We don’t precook (or jam) our fruit.  Using fresh IQF fruit sometimes makes the pie a bit more juicy (runny) or have an irregular looking top (for pastry pies), but that's a small price to pay for a better quality fruit filling.

Fresh ingredients mean no added fillers or preservatives, but your pie should be good for 2-3 days.

We believe in less sugar, less fillers, just real raw flash frozen fruit and fresh cut granny smith apples (that we cut ourselves).
